Trackwise - Argus Integration
Process Stream recently completed a major milestone project integrating Argus Safety System with a Trackwise QMS Complaints system. The integration utilized Oracle Advanced Queues and Web Methods as the intermediate layer helping control the messaging formats in disconnected architecture between the two systems. This project highlights the growing trend that Process Stream is seeing in the EQMS space in integrating applications for improved data transparency.

A cloud based enterprise quality management system (EQMS) can provide an essential software & hardware computing environment using software as a service model. While cloud computing has benefits of flexible scalability, hosted apps and big data integration, validating EQMS is important to ensure data on cloud has quality controls as per U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) & European Medicines Agency (EMA). Process Stream provides important tools to successfully choose a cloud based EQMS provider and the necessary criteria for validating an EQMS hosted in the cloud environment by documenting corrective & preventive actions, audits, documentation control and risk management applications on an EQMS.
